Training

In order to meet the demand for training since the implementation in Quebec of the Loi sur les compétences, DC Services Conseils is recognized as a training organization approved by the Commission des partenaires du marché du travail. The law requires businesses to invest the equivalent of at least 1% of their salary mass in training activities, and each year.

As part of its training offer (through our certified trainers or the development of online modules) DC Services Conseils is considered to be a training organization approved by the Commission des partenaires du marché du travail for the purposes of the application of the Loi favorisant le développement et la reconnaissance des compétences de la main-d’œuvre.

Why choose a firm that’s been certified?

The certification demonstrates that the trainers working for the company have:

• professional experience in the field to which the agreement applies;
• experience as a trainer, or has been trained to provide training (training in pedagogy, teaching experience, etc.)

In addition, a certified training organization is a way to facilitate the recognition of the training costs of employers subject to the Loi sur les compétences. Companies that have a payroll of $ 2 million must account for their training expenses and keep the vouchers. When the service provider is an approved training body, the company only needs to keep as evidence the invoice on the approval number.
